Two key emotions that bring people together are happiness and grief. The emotions can spread to other people and even make strangers unite in oneness of heart.
In the case of David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido and Chioma Rowland, also known as Chef Chi, it was the loss of their son Ifeanyi, a few days after his birthday that caused millions of people all over the world to share in their grief.
Their son drowned in the family swimming pool while his parents were away.
Following his death, Davido and Chioma stayed away from social media with Davido cancelling all his musical appearance that had been slated for that month.
His first appearance with Chioma, who people rumored had become his wife in a private ceremony, was at the inauguration of his uncle Ademola Adeleke as the governor of Osun state.
Davido and Chioma made another appearance on Sunday when they stepped out in Qatar as Davido was billed to perform in the closing ceremony of the World Cup.
Millions of people expressed joy at the happy sight of the couple. Some people described it as the perfect comeback while others said it was the best thing that happened on the twitter space in a while.
