FG Declares Thursday 29th October a Public Holiday

The Federal Government has declared Thursday , October 29 a public holiday.

In a statement signed by the Ministry of Interior’s Spokesperson , Mohammed Manga, the Interior Minister, Rauf Aregbesola , said that the holiday is mark this year’s Eidul- Mawlid celebration in commemoration of the birth of Prophet Mohammed.

Ogbeni Raul while congratulating the Muslim faithfuls, also tasked them to imbibe the spirit of love, patience and perseverance which are the virtues of the Holy Prophet Muhammed.

He also called on all Nigerian Youths to embrace peace and cooperate with the present government to build a strong Nation to the pride of everyone.
