Hon Mathew Azubuike Nworji Of Umuawulu, Laid to Rest.

It was a moment of sorrows and tears as Nworji family, friends and well wishers gathered at the country home of Late Hon Mathew Azubuike Nworji in Umuawulu, Awka South L.G.A, Anambra State, to pay him last respect as death cut him short at the age of 65.
In a brief prayer service by the Catechist of St Joseph’s Catholic Church, Umuawulu; Mr Charles Nwabuike, lamented, “the Mighty has fallen” not only in Nworji family or in umuawulu, but in entire Nigeria.
He noted that Hon Nworji was a National figure in that his level of benevolency knows no bound despite his health challenges, and advised that, “We should always becareful the way we live, for the world is changing rapidly.
In his tribute, the deceased elder son, Mr Chukwubuike Nwachukwu, expressed sorrows that they lost their father when they needed him most but said they took solace in the fact that their father lived a life worthy of emulation.
He prayed God to grant his soul eternal rest and thanked all who squeezed out time to attend the burial ceremony of their late father, praying God to bless them.
