The member representing Awka two in the state house of Assembly, Hon. Nze Chukwuma okoye , has commiserated with the family of Èngr. Sir Innocent Akuvue of Nibo over the demise of their matriarch, Late Ezinne Veronica Akuvue , aged 82 years .
The state lawmaker who was accompanied by members of his Campaign team led by the Director General Nze Chukwuma Okoye Campaign organisation world wide , Hon. Innocent Ekemezie and all transition councillors representing Obizi in the local government council , said Late Ezinne lived a fulfilled life worthy of emulation .
Hon. Chukwuma okoye pointed out that the contributions and support he recieved from Engr Dr. Innocent Akuvue during his campaign were unparalleled, which he noted contributed immensely to his emergence at the primary and general election.
He urged , him to take solace in the fact that Mama has nurtured children who are today doing well in their respective field of endeavours and at the same , contributing positively to nation building process as evidenced in his achievement as the president general Nibo town union .
Hon. Chukwuma also assured entire Nibo and Obizi communities that he will use the instrument of legislation as a lawmaker to bring those problems facing Obizi communities before the government and assured the constituents he would continue to step down dividends of democracy to them.
On his parts , the immediate past deputy speaker of Anambra State house of Assembly, Rt. Hon . Barr. Harford Ikechukwu Oseke , described the departed as a virtuous woman , who was committed to the well being of anyone who crossed her path urging those she left behind particularly the son , Engr. Innocent Akuvue to be rejuvenated by the numerous tributes from Ndi Obizi, friends ,Professional colleague and all who identify with the family.
He described Engr innocent as a man who exemplifies Obizi Dreams with humility , resilience in service as the Community President General which he noted were chief among the reasons entire Nibo community gave him the mandate as their President General and even returning him for a second term in office and urged him to sustain the good works he is doing across board, including road palliatives which he noted is positively affecting economic activities in constituency two.
