Mr Ifeanyi Aguigwo Nweshi, a nailtive of Namkpu Village in Mbaukwu, Awka South Local Government Area of Anambra state has joined the prestigious Ozo title of Ebenasato Mbaukwu/Umuawulu . The Ozo title was confered on him on the 14th of November, 2020.
Mr Ifeanyi Aguigwo said he inherited the Ozo title of Ozo Odenjinji na Mbaukwu from his late father. He said the Ozo title is an ancient and sacred title in Igbo land and that anyone confered with the prestigious title of Ozo stands out in the crowd and is also an embodiment of truth. He promised to live an exemplary life of truth and love.
He also mentioned other of his title names as Ozo ka Ibe ya, Ozo Ifeanyichukwu and Ozo Ejiamatu.
Ozo Odenjinji na Mbaukwu thanked God for His grace upon his life, while also, appreciating everyone that graced the occasion especially, Ndi Ozo Ebenasato Mbaukwu/Umuawulu, the youths and entire Mbaukwu community.
In his remarks, his elder brother, Ozo Ikechukwu Nweshi, also known as Ozo Ugonabo Mbaukwu described the Ozo title as prestigious.
Describing his brother, Ozo Odenjinji as a man of his word, he prayed that God will give him grace to attain a ripe old age.
Side attractions at the event were traditional dances among other forms of entertainment.
