Nigeria records the highest number of Covid-19 confirmed cases.

Nigeria yesterday recorded 745 new cases of COVID-19. This is the  single highest one day record in the country since the pandemic

Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC,  said the breakdown is as follows:-

Edo-34

Kaduna-23

Ondo-16

Katsina-12

Kano-10

Bauchi-8

Borno-7

Kwara-5

Gombe-4

Sokoto-2

Yobe-1

Osun-1

Nasarawa-1

This new figure brings the total figure of confirmed cases of Coronavirus in the country to 18,480.

Of the 18,480 confirmed cases,  6,307 patients were treated and discharged,  while 475 deaths were also recorded.
