NOA begins sensitisation on new national anthem

The National Orientation Agency has launched a nationwide campaign to promote Nigeria’s new national anthem and values charter.

At the unveiling in Enugu, Director Clara Nwachukwu emphasized the importance of national identity amid Nigeria’s diverse ethnic landscape. She stated that while acknowledging cultural differences is vital, unity should be prioritized.

The three-month campaign aims to instill values that foster national pride and cohesion. The new anthem, “Nigeria We Hail Thee,” seeks to inspire harmony among the country’s 250 ethnic groups, reflecting a collective destiny for all Nigerians.
