On accusations of anti party activities, failure to pay annual dues and non- commitment to the party, the People Democratic Party , PDP, Igyorov council ward of Gboko local goverment, Benue state has suspended the PDP national chairman, Dr. Iyorchia Ayu.
In a letter signed by the Ward Chairman, Kashi Philip and other executives dated 24th March and made public on Sunday 26th March, Ayu was accused of working against the success of the party in Igyorov Council Ward. They also alleged that he did not vote in the Governorship and State Assembly Elections on the 18 March,2023.
They equally claimed that most of his closest friends worked for the opposition party which caused them to fail woefully in the ward.
