President Bola Tinubu congratulated veteran Nollywood actor, comedian, and scriptwriter Nkem Owoh, popularly known as Osuofia, on his 70th birthday.
In a statement signed by his Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, the President praised Owoh’s contributions to Nigeria’s entertainment industry, describing him as a true legend whose talent has united and entertained audiences across generations.
Best known for his iconic role in Osuofia in London and Ikuku 1 & 2, Owoh has remained a household name in Nollywood, earning accolades, including the 2008 Africa Movie Academy Award for Best Actor.
President Tinubu commended the actor’s creativity and dedication to storytelling, wishing him continued health and success in the years ahead.
