Prince Onyendozi Foundation Kicks Off 2020 Medical Outreach In Orumba South Council Area

The 2020 Medical Outreach of Prince Onyendozi Foundation a non-governmental organization targeted at the fifteen communities in Orumba South Local Government Area Of Anambra State has commenced.The first batch of the outreach which was held at Ezira Central School Field, featured tests for malaria, hepatitis B, blood glucose, vital signs and BMI as well as dispensation of anti malaria, hypertensive, diabetic drugs, while consultations were made on health issues.

The flag off of the health intervention programme started with Eziagu, Ezira, Isulo, Nawfija and Akpu communities. some beneficiaries of the health program including Michael Ilechukwu, Emma Udeonu, Mrs Veronica Onyeji, Amara Elom, and Miss Ozioma Egwuatu in their seperate remarks expressed appreciation to the sponsor for using his resources in addressing health needs of people of the area.

The National Coordinator of the Foundation, Kenechukwu Ofomah and the Secretary Henry Ike, explained that the program is one of the numerous initiatives of the Foundation, aimed at bettering the lives of Ndi Orumba South and called on people of other communities to take advantage of their upcoming events to address their health challenges.

In his remarks, the Founder and CEO of Prince Onyendozi Foundation, Prince Engr. Promise Ike said in addition to the ongoing medical outreach program, forty persons selected from the fifteen communities in Orumba South will be enrolled into the Anambra State Health Insurance Scheme, ASHIA, for more free medical services.
He also announced upcoming sporting activities his organization plans to introduce to the Area for sports development while emphasizing that his largesse has no political colourations, but solely aimed at assisting in touching lives in more positive ways.
