The Enugu State Council of Traditional Rulers on Monday commended President Muhammadu Buhari for graciously approving two Federal educational institutions for the state.
The newly approved institutions to be established are Federal Polytechnic, Ohodo, Enugu State and Federal Science and Technical College, Eke Town, Enugu State.
The Chairman of the council, Igwe Lawrence Agubuzu, made the remarks in a letter of appreciation signed by him and made available to newsmen in Enugu.
Expressing the appreciation of the Enugu people to the president, Agubuzu noted that establishment of the two institutions will go down in history as an enduring legacy of Mr. President’s administration in Enugu State.
The royal also pointed out that the presidents approval further shows that he believes in science and technology as a key to the development of Nigeria.
