The governor of Enugu State, Governor Ifeanyi, has reportedly, shown unrelenting commitment to Enugu State workers’ welfare, as evidenced in the payment of the new N30,000 Minimum Wage and its consequential adjustment, among other sundry packages.
Alleviating poverty and making life easier for civil servants in the state, especially in these dire times of the nation’s economic, security and public health challenges, Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi’s administration, through the Enugu State Housing Development Corporation is delivering 750 residential housing units for civil servants with a prolonged repayment package.
Hon. Chukwuemelie Agu, the General Manager/CEO of ESHDC narrated that the Coal City View Estate located at Ugwu Onyema axis by the 9th Mile express is 4 minutes drive from the Enugu State secretariat.
The mortgage plan is also targeted towards the lower and upper middle civil servants and enables couples to jointly register to apply for allocations
