Anambra CP Orutugu Engages Surveillance, Patrol & Guard Officers, Charges Operatives On Professionalism, Timely Response To Incidents
Anambra State Commissioner of Police, CP Ikioye Orutugu, on Saturday, 22nd February 2025, engaged Officers in charge of Surveillance, Patrol, and Guard units across the Divisional Headquarters within the Command.
The CP charged them to uphold the highest standards of professionalism, vigilance, and efficiency in ensuring public safety, maintaining law and order, as well as responding swiftly to security incidents.
The engagement aligns with the Command’s ongoing strategic initiatives to enhance policing operations and service delivery across the State.
He reiterated the need for officers to provide prompt and effective security interventions, emphasizing their role in fostering public trust and confidence in the Police Force.
In furtherance of his commitment to strengthening the security architecture of the state, CP Orutugu also facilitated the deployment of newly passed-out recruits to various Police Divisions.
He urged all officers to remain courageous, disciplined, and professional in the discharge of their duties, assuring residents of improved policing services and safer environment.
The Anambra State Police Command said it remains resolute in its mandate to protect lives and property and will continue to implement proactive measures to address security challenges in the state.
