Anambra Govt. Warns All Criminals, Miscreants In In The State

Anambra State Government has sent what it described as stern warning to potential armed robbers, bag snatchers, touts, cultists, kidnappers, etc planning to operate anywhere in the State.

A statement signed by the Commissioner for Information, Sir Paul Nwosu, said Government is determined to ensure a fun-filled Christmas and New Year celebrations for Ndi-Anambra returning this season and those resident in the State.

The statement advised anyone who plies in any of the illegal trades, to respectfully and quickly leave Anambra State, otherwise such person would celebrate the Yuletide in handcuffs and shackles.

The Commissioner stressed that Anambra State Police and Vigilante Groups are on red alert to deal with any merchant of crime this festive season.

The statement further maintained that those with such criminal tendencies have no hiding place in Governor Soludo’s Anambra State! So, they should better vamoose or repent for good.

The statement read:

“So, if you ply any of these illegal trades, you’re advised to respectfully and quickly leave Anambra State, otherwise you will celebrate the Yuletide in handcuffs and shackles. The
