Anambra Inaugurates Steering Committeec To Domesticate Rolac Two In The State

A Steering Committee on the Implementation of International Idea and Rolac Two has been inaugurated in Anambra State.
The Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice, Prof. Sylvia Chika Ifemeje, who performed the function in Awka, said that the committee is to oversee the implementation of the Rolac Two workplan.
The membership of the committee was drawn from stakeholders in the Justice delivery sector including the Judiciary, the Police, Human Rights groups, the Civil Society Organization, the Law Reform Committee, Public Procurement, Public Prosecution, Women Affairs, Health Sector and Persons With Disabilities groups.
Speaking during the inaugural ceremony, the Attorney-General, who is also the Chairman of the committee, enjoined the members to make efforts to ensure that the work plan is implemented.
Highpoint of the innauguration was presentation of the proposed Rolac Two Workplan in the state by the Pilot of Rolac Two, Mrs Josephine Onah. It was subsequently validated by members and adopted as a working document.
