In a related development, the Arewa Consultative Forum (AYCF) has reacted to the order by the American Court to arrest DCP Abba Kyari, calling it intimidation of a Police Officer right inside his Independent fatherland.
The Arewa Youth voiced their opinion through the Group’s National President, Alhaji Yerima Shettima.
The Group has called for careful handling of the matter, while rejecting the purported plan to arrest DCP Kyari, describing the move by the FBI as totally unacceptable, a slap on the sensibility of the nation’s compatriots and ridicule on one of the finest detectives in the country.
AYCF urged all Nigerians who are truly patriotic to stand behind a man who has made an unrivaled mark on the sand of time by diligently serving his fatherland.
They also demanded justice for a man with unrivaled records of detective capabilities in the recent history of the nation.
