The State Director of the National Orientation Agency ,Anambra State Directorate,Awka , Barrister Charles Nwoji ,has admonished Staff and Management of the Agency to work towards allowing their activities to reflect on the growth and development of the Agency,especially now the 2023 general elections are around the corner.
The NOA Director gave the admonition while declaring open A One Day Intensive In – House Capacity Enhancement programme organised by the Leadership of the Agency for the Field and Headquarters Officers of the Agency ,held on Tuesday at the Corporate Office of NOA in Awka.

NOA Press Relations Officer said that Barrister Nwoji, who explained the theme of the Programme as”,Promoting Healthy Internal Dynamics In Strategic Public Institution”, told the participants to be at the vanguard of telling the public the undiluted truth in the course of discharging their duties at all times.
The NOA boss ,who advocated for collective actions by all Staff of the Agency in transforming the Organization to an enviable heights ,stated that the programme was designed by Leadership of the Agency to draw the participants back to understanding the existing dynamics of the Agency and what they owe the society.
He reminded the participants of the need for them to streamline their activities and schedules as well as adherence to the hierarchy of the
Agency,extant rules , regulations and provisions establishing the agency as they ìàproject into the future for beneficial growth and development of NOA.
