Bodies Of Monarch’s Two Wives, Five Children Abducted By Bandits Found In Taraba

The decomposed bodies of the two abducted wives and five children of the Chief of Mutumbiyu Justices Chiefdom in Taraba State, Retired Justice Sani Muhammed, have been found.

The monarch said their decomposed bodies were found in the early hours of Saturday and would be buried at Mutumbiyu.

He explained, “The bodies of the members of my family killed by the kidnappers were found and will be brought to Mutumbiyu for burial.”

The traditional ruler had reported two weeks ago, at his residence in Jalingo, that eight of his family members were kidnapped by unknown gunmen suspected to be kidnappers.

He explained that among the eight kidnapped, a 14-year-old boy escaped from the kidnappers two days ago and was taken to the palace.
