The Commissioner for Finance, Ahmad Ali Ahmad, has passed away.
The Commissioner for Information and Internal Security, Usman Tar, confirmed the death and said that Ahmad died this morning.
His burial is set to take place later this evening at 5 pm at his family residence on Damboa Road, Maiduguri.
