As people were celebrating the joy of Christmas by thanking God for life and good health, a boy in Subhash Nagar , Delhi, killed himself after being reprimanded by his father for missing an online exam.
The boy’s whose name was withheld, was said to have locked himself inside the storeroom of his house and shot himself dead with a country made pistol.
According to an online report , police said that they are working hard to find the source from where the boy got the county made weapon.
According to Subhash Nagar SHO, Suneel Kumar , he said the case is absolutely suicide as the storeroom was locked from inside the room.
The father of the boy also said that the boy was upset after he scolded him for failing to appear in an exam.
Police said they are still investigating the case to ascertain where the boy has got the pistol.
However,an FIR has not been registered in this connection as the family does not want any action in the matter.
