A huge laughter broke out at the St Mary’s Catholic Church,Onitsha Inland town on Sunday, when the Parish Priest Rev Fr Samuel Uzondu who was delivering his homily during a Mass,berated the President of the Senate,Senator Godswill Akpabio and the Senator representing Kogi Central Senatorial District Barr(Mrs) Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan over alleged sexual harassment and scandalous story about the duo making the rounds in the media.
Rev Fr Uzondu took a swipe on them saying they were not only shameless but deserve twelve strokes of cane each publicly,if they were to be little children brought before him for discipline.
According to him,as elected lawmakers who should have occupied themselves with issues concerning welfare of the people who voted them into their positions,they instead, came out publicly washing their dirty linens in the public over allegations of sexual harassment showing that they were not only shameless but idle and unproductive.
