A Magistrate court sitting in Yaba, Lagos has granted bail to EndSARS protester, Peter Eromosele. His bail terms are a sum of 1 million naira and two sureties who must be family members.
The court also refused a request by the police to detain Eromosele for another 30 days, which they claimed was to allow them conclude investigations.
Eromosele is accused of funding those who participated in the EndSARS protest which was later hijacked by hoodlums after the Lekki toll gate shootings.
Adene Eromosele was arrested on the 7th of November at his residence in Lagos. He was flown to Abuja by the Police and was brought back to Lagos
