A group, Ebede Youth Forum has condoled with the family of Sir Augustine Ebede over the demise of his wife, late lady Helen Ego Ebede, who was laid to rest on Thursday , November 4th, 2020.
Chairman of the forum, Mr Chukwunonso Ebede described late Lady Helen Ebede as a kind woman who radiated love and compassion to all , adding that the entire Ebede dynasty particularly, her husband and children, will continue to mourn her early departure. He also said the numerous testimonies and tributes from friends and other professional colleagues gave credence that late the Matriarch inspired and impacted her generation.
Mr Chukwunonso also revealed that Ebede Youth is the umbrella association of all the youths from the Ebede dynasty, including those resident within the country and in Diaspora, adding that their aim of coming together was to foster a positive relationship among members and to spear head packages that will bring better living to the society.
He also revealed that humanitarian packages for members, which will include scholarship for children, skill acquisition and empowerment among others are already in the pipeline and will be made available to the people soon.
He also commended the President, Kpakpando Media Group, Chief Christian Ebede for his think home philosophy in siting Kpakpando Newspaper, Radio and Television in Mbaukwu , while also adding that Kpakpando Agro based loan has brought succor and relief to families following the post Covid-19 lockdown.
