The launch of the Enugu Wifi Project which took place at Polo park mall on 31st July 2021, had people turn out in their numbers to learn about the project and benefit from the free wifi service made available by Enugu Wifi Ltd.
According to Hon. Arinze Chilo-Offiah ,
Special Adviser to the Governor on SME Development and the General Director, Enugu SME Center, the Enugu State SME Agency partnered with Enugu Wifi Limited and Wicrypt Limited to offer young persons the opportunity to start their own Wireless Internet Business to take advantage of the fast-expanding internet market.
The aim, he said, is to stimulate young individuals in the state to create a legitimate source of income for themselves and multiple employment opportunities according to World Bank SDG.
