Mrs Hellen Ugbo (Nwanyi Ogwuanwu) on Saturday 20th March 2021, made good on her promise by handing over land documents and a building plan to ex-super falcons mildfielder, Ambassador Maureen Madu.
According to media reports, this is in connection with a plot of land earlier given to the ex-super Falcon star to support and enable the building of a hostel for Maureen Madu’s female football kidd’s camp, which the second edition will start on the 2nd and last till the 9th of April 2021.
According to Maureen, the land given to her is located in Okwi Oshimili LGA, Asaba, Delta State, and will go a long way in helping building a formidable female team, which could go on to be number one in Nigeria.
Expressing her excitement and gratitude over the land, Maureen prayed to God to bless Mrs Hellen Ugbo for her support on the project.
Also speaking, Mrs Hellen used the opportunity to beg other sports lovers and well meaning individuals to emulate her by supporting the wonderful project Maureen Madu has started to raise future Super Falcon stars.
