The Senator Representing Anambra North Senatorial District, Senator Dr. Tony Nwoye has felicitated with Fathers of the Roman Catholic Church as they marked 2024 occasion of Fathers Sunday; reflecting on the critical and pivotal roles fathers play in the family. He said that fathers are the first line examples for what becomes obtainable in the society because they play very important role in leaving a mark through their actions and inaction, from which building blocks for society are formed.
In his Message, Senator Dr Tony Nwoye honoured all fathers who stand tall and strong, whose love knows no bounds and whose hug, every smile they share is a testament to the love they bear.
He also stated that fathers teach, guide with patience and grace and in their true embrace,a safe place is found.
He wished happy Fathers’ Day to the anchor of families, the one who leads with love and wisdom.
While further lauding fathers as protectors, heroes and mentors, Sen. Dr. Tony Nwoye prayed the almighty God to continue to protect, shield, and guide all fathers to live a life that is pleasing unto God, as they strive to be the strength of their families and fortitude to lead their household.
