Condemnation and sympathy messages have been coming in from Nigerians from different areas with regards to the St Francis Church attack .
One of such is the Nigerian Medical Association who has condemned the wanton killing of worshippers at St. Francis Catholic Church, Owa-luwa Street, in Owo town, Owo Local Government Area of Ondo State.
In a press release signed, on Sunday, by the association’s president, Dr. Uche Ojinmah, the NMA said explanations, condemnations and reassurances from the government and security agencies are no longer comforting.
In the statement, the NMA called for quick intervention by the Governments and security agencies to protect the lives and properties of Nigerians in every part of this nation.
The Nigerian Medical Association commiserated with the Government and good people of Ondo State over the loss of lives and prays for the quick recovery of those injured.
They also called on all doctors in Ondo State and the environs to mobilise themselves to participate in the treatment of the injured ,while also appealing to the residents to help the injured victims by donating blood.
