House of Reps Tasks Security Committees to Work With Security Agencies to find Missing Journalist, Tordue Salem

The House of Representatives has tasked the committees on National Security and Intelligence, Police, Defence and Interior to work with service chiefs and other security agencies in the country to find Tordue Salem.

The house demanded thorough and urgent investigation from all the security agencies.

The motion which was titled , ‘A Case of Missing Journalist, Need to Investigate Circumstances Surrounding the Disturbance’ was sponsored by the Minority Leader Hon Ndudi Elumelu at plenary on Tuesday.

Tordue Salem is a member of the House of Representatives Press Corps and reports for Vanguard Newspaper.
