A statement attributed to Emma Powerful has said that the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, is willing to work with Governor Charles Soludo to ensure peace is restored to the state as long as he keeps to his words.
In a viral message over the weekend, Emma Powerful addressing the South East and South-South governors said that IPOB members are human beings and they don’t have plans to suffer the people but will deal harshly with anyone who deals harshly with the group.
He said that IPOB is a peaceful movement only seeking freedom of their people and nothing will make them stop seeking for a referendum to ascertain where anyone wants to belong.
He equally said that they are ready to work with any government that wishes to give the people peace, while also claiming that they are peaceful and cannot jeopardise the government of Governor Charles Soludo.
