Katsina Sets Up Committee To Probe Fire Outbreak At Govt House

The Katsina State Governor, Dikko Radda, has set a committee to investigate the fire outbreak at the Government House, also known as the Muhammadu Buhari House.

After the fire destroyed a part of the complex, firefighters from both federal and state departments swung into action to control the prevent the fire from spreading to other parts of the office.

The Director of Press to the Secretary to the State Government, Abdullahi Aliyu Yar’adua, disclosed this in a statement on Monday.

He said the fire damaged the mini chamber attached to the Governor’s office, but was brought under control by firefighters from both federal and state services before it spread.
