Manchester City lifted the Premier League trophy following a 1-0 win for the champions over Chelsea.
Cole Palmer did well to lay the ball off to Julian Alvarez for the winning goal and that kickstarted the party atmosphere at the Etihad Stadium which had been building since lunchtime.
Pep Guardiola’s era at Manchester City will be defined as arguably the greatest Premier League team of all-time, but their trophy drought in Europe continues to be a rare dark cloud over the club.

all Premier League (titles) are special but hopes to win in Europe too
