Nigeria, on New year’s day recorded 1074 new cases of #COVID19.
According to reports from the Nigeria Centre For Disease Control (NCDC), 14 states, including the FCT recorded new cases of the virus on Friday, the 1st of January 2020.
A breakdown of the cases show that;

Oyo-4
Akwa Ibom-3

Till date,
88,587 confirmed cases have been recorded in the country, of which 74,373 have been discharged and 1,294 deaths recorded.
