Nigeria Records 113 new confirmed cases of COVID-19

Update on COVID-19 shows that on 17th October 2020, 113 new confirmed cases were recorded in Nigeria.

4 deaths were also recorded.

Till date, 61,307 cases have been confirmed in the country out of which 56,557 cases have been discharged.

1,123 deaths have also been recorded in 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory.

The 113 new cases were reported from 14 states of the country, namely…..

Lagos (37), Kaduna (16),
Ogun (11), Plateau (11),
Taraba (8), Rivers (7),
FCT (6), Enugu (4),
Niger (4), Edo (3),
Delta (2), Imo (2),
Benue (1), and Kano (1).
