The spokesman of Ohanaeze Ndigbo world wide, Chief Chuks Ibegbu, has insisted that unless Nigeria is restructured and the 2014 Confab reports implemented the myriad of challenges facing the country will not end.
Chief Ibegbu maintained that the Confab report contains more than six hundred articles that addressed all the challenges facing the country, noting that as long as some vested interest are afraid of its implementation, the country will continue going round and round the circle with no solution to the numerous woes bedeviling it.
The Ohaneze spokesman also pointed out that the Presidential system is too expensive and advised that the country should go back to parliamentary system or what he called AFROCRACY.
According to him, what Nigeria is currently practising is DEMONCRACY with LOOTOCRACY and CORRUPTIONOCRACY as corollaries.
Chief Ibegbu further posited that the Constitutional Review the National Assembly wants to embark on is a mere waste of funds and time, as whatever they would discuss is already in the CONFAB REPORTS.
