
Singer Omah Lay and Tems have finally been released from the Ugandan police after they were arrested following their performance in the country.
The Chairman of Nigerians in Diaspora Commission (NIDCOM), Abike Dabiri-Erewa, took to her page on Twitter to share the good news to the joy of many Nigerians.
According to the journalist, the singers were released on Tuesday, December 15, and would soon be on their way back to their home country.
Dabiri-Erewa stated that Omah Lay and Tems are safely at Nigeria house in Uganda.

Following the news of the singers’ release, Nigerians took to Dabiri-Erewa’s comment section to hail her response to the outcry of the people.
