On Sunday 27th March 2023, Catholic faithfuls all over the world cerebrated 2023 Mother’s Day .
Mother’s day celebration is a cerebration by the church to honour mothers for their immense contributions to the family, society and church.
To this end, Mrs Cordelia Ifeyinwa Nwosu, cerebrated this year’s edition in grand style while urging mothers to sustain those qualities virtuous mothers are always known for.
At the event which took place in her compound in Unudioka Village in Awka, Mrs ifeyinwa who is also known as “Madam Ghana” both on radio and in her environment, witnessed a large number of women, friends and relatives who came to celebrate with mothers with her.
In her speech, Madam Ghana returned all the glory to God for allowing her and all the women to witness 2023 Mother’s day celebration.
She went further to admonish all the mothers to be God-fearing and eschew evil in bringing up their Children which according to her, will represent God and humanity in the society.
Also cerebrating with the mothers is Mr. Onyekachukwu Nwosu who is the son of the Cerebrant.
In own contribution, Onyekachukwu thanked his Mum in raising him and his other siblings in the fear of God, prayed God to give all mothers longer life to enjoy the fruits of their toils
