The 132 new recruits of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, NSCDC, in Sokoto, have been charged to be committed to serving their fatherland after their training.
The Sokoto State Commandant of the NSCDC, Mr. Muhammad Dada, gave the charge in Sokoto at the commencement of the training of the recruits.
Dada said the training would avail the new personnel of the Corps with tactics aimed at helping them tackle the security challenges in the state and the country at large.
The Commandant warned them that being recruited into the service is not an avenue to become a lawbreaker, but to always ensure the law of the land is fully protected.
