The Chairman, Nigerians in Diaspora Commission, Abike Dabiri confirmed that six Nigerians have been convicted in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) for wiring seven hundred and eighty two thousand US dollars to insurgent group Boko Haram.
She made this known in a tweet where she named the convicts and their jail terms. She said that the suspects could approach the Supreme court if they wished.
While confirming that the case has been in court since 2015, she , however, used the opportunity to warn Nigerians all over the world to desist from crime and criminality.
