Dame Irene Okwuosa Memorial Hospital, Oraifite in Ewusigo Local Government Area has been commissioned by the Governor of Anambra State, Professor Chukwuma Soludo.
In his address during the ceremony, Governor Soludo remarked that Nigeria ranks thirty-first in heart diseases related deaths, noting that the cardiac facility will go a long way in helping Ndi Anambra take care of their health.
Represented by his Deputy, Dr Onyekachukwu Ibezim, Governor Soludo, who noted that health is top on the agenda of his administration, said the Anambra State Government will assist in sustaining the multi-million naira project.
He thanked Sir Emeka Okwuosa for coming home to invest, calling on others to emulate him.
