
Archbishop Province of the Niger and Bishop Anglican Diocese of Awka, Most Reverend Alexander Ibezim has urged Christians to desist from castigating men of God. He called on true children of God to keep away from evil men in the church whose stock in trade is to castigate men of God as such acts have repercussions.
Archbishop Ibezim made this known during the 2020 confirmation and admission into Mothers’ Union and Girls Guild at Holy Trinity Anglican Church Parish, Amanuke, Awka.
In his sermon, he also warned men to desist from living promiscuous lives and urged the youths to flee fornication in all ramifications. He also called on the communities in the Archdeaconry to plan to hold revivial crusades for soul winning in December.
The Vicar of Holy Trinity Anglican Church Parish Amanuke, Reverend Shedrack Obidajua confirmed that the confirmation and admission of Mothers’ Union and Girls Guide was a huge success. He expressed gratitude to the Archbishop and his Wife, the President of the Mothers Union for their love and understanding always.
