
Anambra State Sports Development Commission (ASDC) through Chairman Tony Oli, has asked the state government to fulfil the sports lovers desire of creating a stadium that will be rated among the best in the country and guarantee that the finals of the Academicals will be played at the stadium this year, as it is expected that the stadium will soon be open for sports activities.

Tony Oli the Chairman of ASDC also asked SWAN not to be selective in reporting sports news, maintaining that Anambra is one of the best if not the best in sports reporting in the South East.

He added that Anambra has all the representatives of the state teams present at the event.
As part of the activities of the program, SWAN writers also toured the stadium on Thursday and the association called on the state government through Anambra Sports Development Commission (ASDC) to hand over the completed part of the stadium to Ndi Anambra.

The association commended the efforts of the commission through the state Chairman Tony Oji, while describing the quality work at the stadium as spectacular and acceptable.
