The All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) Clears Governor Soludo for Re-Election Bid in Anambra

The All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) has officially cleared Governor Chukwuma Soludo to contest in the upcoming party primary for a second term as Anambra State governor.

Soludo picked up his expression of interest and nomination forms at the APGA National Secretariat in Abuja. According to APGA’s National Publicity Secretary, Ejimofor Opara, the governor is the first aspirant to seek re-election on a strong performance record.

The party’s National Working Committee, led by Ezeokenwa Sly, certified Soludo fit for the primaries set for today April 5, 2025. Over 3,260 delegates are expected to participate.

APGA says the screening process was peaceful and positions the party for continued progressive leadership in the state.
