Aspire football club is a product of a vision for social change,it will not be news it the talk about the teeming youths, about their strength and talents often left to rot in the streets without nurture, it would be too much story to tell about their survival race about their struggles, pains, and the disappointment they meet on their way.
These boys and girls are in our communities, they are our brothers and sisters, our children’s they are our friends and neighbor’s. But in the midst of these struggles, they never loose their Passion two things football and music.
Let’s talk about football, for every struggle there is a dawn. For our football loving young boys and girls,Aspire football club is the dawn. Once upon a time in the year 2018 an idea to incorporate,grassroot football club.
In it’s truest sense arose, it was an idea driven by the need for social change by the need to give hope to the hopeless who wondered how their God- given talents shall be left to waste. And the Aspire football club Adazi-Ani was formed to give youths a chance and sense of belonging and the chance they took.
In 2019 they became the amateur league Champions, in 2019 they became the An amber football champions and in 2020 they joined in the Bayern- Munich youth Championship where they were parts of the team selected to represent Nigeria at Munich youth Championship finals in Germany suddenly, the hopeless became the Champions!
The story of Aspire FC Adazi-Ani is a great story of success and with this blessing of success, they are poised to do more for our communities to seek ways to help the young ones through their Passion and today they have found a universal passion. where there are people there is music, a sound of Identity, a sound they call their own here in Anambra,
Ogene music is the sound of our people with it, they believe they can even touch more lives. Today they have gone into various communities once again to bring you raw talents. Welcome to the maiden edition of Aspire FC Egwu Ogene contest where music meets football and the story of new Champions shall emerge .
This time the Champions of the music is Obata Otulugo Ogene group.
In the Egwu Ogene contest grand finally were many grace the occasion, actors, Bob Manuel, Yule Edochie, and Anambra football Association Ambassador Maureen Mmadu and many others.
