The Udala NLO Pre Season Tournament Kicks Off

On the 8th of February, 2021, the first game of the Udala NLO Pre Season tournament kicked off.

The first game , which was between Udala FC and Ingas FC kicked off at exactly 10am at the Nero’s stadium Nanka, Anambra state.

According to our Sports Correspondent, Marvelous Ezenwa, Chiedozie Okorie of Ingas FC opened up the scoring spree in the 15th minute of the first half . Few minutes later, in the 18th minute, an equalizer from Valentine Ugwu of Udala FC changed the game. The winning goal from Udala FC in the 38th minute by Ebuka Morah saw Udala FC emerge winners of the game.

The second game of the Tournament , which was between Dosad FC and Goddosky FC began at 12. At the end of the game, Dosad FC defeated Goddosky FC with 3 goals to 1, with Chinaza Okeke scoring two goals for the winning team.

The third match of the Pre Season tournament for day one was at 2pm, between Enyimba Fedders you FC and Right 2 Win FC, from Abia state. The match ended goalless on both sides.

The last match for the Day one which was between Aspire FC and Cynosure FC at 4pm also ended goalless.

Still on the Udala NLO Pre Season tournament , the day 2 matches began on the 9th February, 2021.

The first match between Dosad FC and Ingas FC ended with two goals against Dosad FC while the second match between Aspire FC and Right 2 Win FC ended in a goalless draw.

Also, the third match between Udala FC and Goddosky FC ended goalless while the last match between Enyimba Fedders and Cynosure FC ended in a 1:1 draw.

Speaking to our Sports Correspondent , Marvelous Ezenwa, at the end of the games, the coaches of the clubs thanked the sponsors and organizers of the tournament , Udala FC of Uke and Anambra State Football Association.

The players also expressed their gratitude while describing the competition as a preparation for the NLO league.
