President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has assured Nigerians that they will soon witness the positive outcomes of what he describes as “challenging yet necessary decisions” taken by his administration.

During a meeting on Tuesday at the State House with the South-South Monarchs Forum, led by His Royal Majesty Major-General Felix Mujakperuo (Rtd), President Tinubu commended the monarchs for their understanding of the ongoing economic reforms, particularly the removal of the fuel subsidy.

Addressing concerns over development and environmental degradation in the South-South geopolitical zone, President Tinubu pledged his administration’s commitment to resolving these issues. He assured the royal fathers that efforts were underway, both domestically and internationally, to bolster Nigeria’s resilience and approach to climate change, environmental restoration, and infrastructure development, all while maintaining security and stability in the region.
