Imo State Governor Hope Uzodimma has called on political leaders from Owerri Zone to avoid actions that could destabilize the state’s political atmosphere.
Speaking at a meeting with Owerri Zone leaders at the Government House, Uzodimma emphasized the importance of unity, urging leaders to focus on governance rather than political conflicts. He reaffirmed his commitment to peace and economic growth, citing improvements in the state’s revenue and reduction of debt.
The governor also warned against external influences that could create division ahead of future elections, stressing that leadership should be based on merit and collective interest rather than personal ambition.
