

Valentine Ozigbo, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate in the 2021 Anambra governorship election, on Thursday, February 3, 2022, joined friends and family to pay his last respect to former Anambra State PDP Chairman, Chief Frank Oramulu.
Chief Oramulu, passed on at the age of 78.





The funeral ceremony, which took place at Chief Oramulu’s residence in Awkuzu, Oyi local government area of Anambra State, attracted dignitaries, politicians and stakeholders who came to bid him farewell.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr Ozigbo expressed sadness over Chief Oramulu’s death, describing him as “a father figure.”
He recalled the late patriarch’s relentless efforts in building and sustaining the PDP in the State, and spoke glowingly of his invaluable support and solidarity in the just-concluded governorship election.
Ozigbo, who was voted as the 2021 Anambra Man of the Year, consoled the Oramulu family, urging them to bear the loss with the hope of resurrection.

Several PDP chieftains joined Ozigbo on the condolence visit, including Chief Ndubuisi Nwobu, the Chairman of the PDP in Anambra State; Mrs Justina Nwafor, Anambra State PDP Woman Leader; Comrade Okey Asolo, the Anambra State PDP Deputy Chairman; Dr C C Okeke, the PDP Vice-Chairman for Anambra Central; Barrister Martin Ngoesina, the Leader of the VCO Campaign Organisation in Oyi LGA, Dr Amaechi Nwachukwu, and othes.
