As Anambra state governorship election draws near the African Action Congress (AAC) candidate, Dr Chidozie Nwankwo ,CEO WICHTECH GROUP, has flaged off Campaign with over 30 support groups and over ten thousand people, who stormed the venue at Finotel Hotel Agu-Awka Anambra state to pledge their support and promised to go into November 6th election with him to win.
According to Our correspondent Marvelous Ezenwa, Dr Chidozie in his address, expressed his joy and happiness over the number of groups and people that turned up for him and promised Ndi Anambra good Governance and quality roads that will last up to 50 years and promised not to take any kick back money from any Contractors or Company he gives a job and everybody will be part of his government just like it has been with his foundations for over 34 years.
Dr Chidozie said that the problem of Anambra is Godfatherism, while urging every Onye Anambra and residents to vote for him under AAC and watch out how other states will envy and jealous Anambra after numerous positive change and looks.
Dr Chidozie also promised to work for Ndi Anambra with sincerity if elected Governor come November 6th with valuing the lives of Ndi Anambra from his health care programs, he promised to build in industrial packs, security, infrastructure of putting Anambra state in the world map, and attract foreign investors, industries, good roads, schools, and creating job opportunities from Industries as an Industrialist and will conduct local government elections.
The National Chairman, African Action Congress and National Chairman, Inter Party Advisory Council of Nigeria IPAC, Dr Leonard Nzenwa, handed the Party flag to Dr Chidozie Nwankwo (CEO wichtech group) with the State Chairmen of the party, Pascal Okoye Deputy Chairman African Action Congress Anambra State, Harrison Onuoha, Chairman, African Action Congress, Abia State Christopher Ama, Chairman, African Action Congress, Ebonyi State.
While speaking Dr Leonard Nzenwa said that Chido is the best man to be the Governor of Anambra and Anambra will be lucky to have him, because he is not a conventional politician as seen everytime and he has succeeded in his businesses over the years, and will bring his wealth of experience, resources, contact and his wealth to grow the state.
Dr Leonard Nzenwa, also expressed his optimism that his party AAC will win the election and said Anambra does not want Methuselah politicians but young people that have vision to drive the state to the highest level. He also called for a free, fear and credible election, adding that electronic transfer of election results has been signed to law and it will stop the election manipulations and election offenses.
The DG Campaign organization of Dr Chido Nwankwo, Barr Ejike Nwachukwu promised to work with the groups to see AAC wins the state and urged supporters to vote wisely and vote personality not party, he expressed his satisfaction and thanked everybody that came and thanked God for a successful flag off and described the AAC candidate, Dr Chidozie Nwankwo as one who has the fear of God in him, and assured voters that Dr Chido will do well.
