Africa Will Develop When We Look Inward For Solution, Says Tinubu

President Bola Tinubu has urged African leaders to take strategic actions to address the ongoing exodus of skilled talent from the continent. Speaking at a dinner in his honor at the People’s Palace in Malabo, Equatorial Guinea, Tinubu emphasized the need to combat tribalism, reward performance, and reform outdated judicial systems.

Tinubu, on a three-day official visit, highlighted the importance of looking inward for solutions to Africa’s challenges.

He stressed the necessity of research and development, with a focus on retaining talent by providing appropriate rewards.

The President called for unity across the continent, urging African nations to foster peace, develop resources, and address conflicts in regions like the Sahel and Congo.
