Anambra State Government Shuts Down Agbaedo New Motor Spare Parts Market

Agbaedo New motor spare parts market has been closed due to non-compliance with the Covid-19 preventive protocols by the traders.

In a letter signed by the Commissioner, Ministry of Trade and Commerce, Hon Uchenna Okafor, on Friday 5th Feburuary, Gov Willie Obiano has directed the closure of the market for one week.

The chairman and entire executive of Agbaedo New Motor Spare Parts Market are to ensure strict compliance of the order. This move is to serve as a deterrent to all other markets in the state.

Consequently, the Agbaedo New Spare Parts Market Covid-19 taskforce shall be retrained and recertified by the Commissioner for Health .
